New York Marriott Marquis Times Square Hotel

HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ON TIMES SQUARE, IN ADDITION TO THE HOTEL RESTAURANTS THERE WERE A GREAT VARIETY OF OTHER PLACES TO EAT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE . THE HOTEL STAFF, INCLUDING THE CONCIERGE WERE VERY HELPFUL. CHECK IN AND OUT WERE VERY QUICK, GREAT VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES WERE AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND LARGE AND THE ELEVATOR SYSTEM WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN FOR A PLACE THAT SIZE.... WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK!!!

Awesome location; Couldn't have asked for a better view of Times Square from the room. Noise level was minimal. Beds in room were VERY comfortable. Lots of hotel reps available and were very helpful in directions. Yankee Stadium was only a 15 - 20 minutes cab ride away or the subway was easily available. LaGuardia was about 20 minutes away. Great location if you are going to a show or Times Square shopping. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Elevators were not a problem at all (average wait was 1-3 minutes). Definitely worth the money; I would highly recommend this hotel for a 1 to 3 day getaway. Will stay here any time that we are in NYC.

We stayed for two nights and we loved the hotel. great location wonderful staff. the only problem was the elevators. the system doesn't work! very annoying that you have to factor in 15-20 minutes of elevator time to your plans. we were on the 16th floor facing virgin records in a king suite that was very nice. we heard no noise from the street. we would definatly stay there again and try to forgive the elevator situation.

The customer Service was very poor. False promises, little or no follow up from employees and managers. Very Disappointed in the staff. The hotel itself is very nice, the elevators are quick and the sushi bar is top notch. Undecided whether or not I would staty again due to extremely poor service.

The room was exactly as it was on the web site. IT was in a great location and the staff was helpful. The only thing bad is that you can hear your neighbors along side of you. The walls were thin.

We had an incredible time. The Restaurant The View was fabulous. Overall experience was great. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. I had an incident when I got there which the travel agency was charging my credit card and the hotel also charged my credit card. Before I checked out everything was resolved. Great customer service.

Hotel accomodations were nice and clean with great view of Time Square. In great location to sights we wanted to see. Only wish hotel would have had a small refridgerator in room. Other
accomadations fine.

Stayed here for the 4th of July. and New Year's Day and had a great time. THe staff is extremely helpful and are there for your every desire. The elevators are much improved, stayed on the 42nd floor, 2 floors from the top and it was awesome. Breakfast was included and I felt totally spoiled staying here. Will be back for sure. I think the beds are the best.

My wife and I were disappointed that the hotel was unable to honor our reservation request for a King size bed. So the first vacation that we have had without kids in a very long time we end up sleeping in separate double beds.(they were closer to a twin bed)

Wonderful location. Room was not ready on time so they put us in a room overlooking Times Square. What a view!! Will stay here again. Try cheesecake at Jr's across 45th!! To die for!!!

Great location, close to broadway shows, restaurants, and subway. We requested a room above the noise which was granted. Beds were comfortable with spacious rooms. Check out time is 1200; however the shuttle was due to pickup at 1:15, we were allowed to extend our stay until 1:00pm.

We really enjoyed staying here in the heart of Times Square. The room was excellent and the staff very helpful. Upon returning home I realized I had left a set of keys in the room. The staff located them and sent them to me. We could not have been treated any better nor enjoyed ourselves more.

Beds were comfortable, plenty of room inside the rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly, let us check in early. Elevators were confusing at first, but we got the hang of it. Did not have to wait long for an elevator. Wonderful view and right in the heart of Time Sq. I would stay here again.

Hotel was perfect for a quick getaway with my 8 yr. old daughter. She was mesmerized by the view of Times Square at night from our 40th floor room. Room was immaculate. Room Service prompt, correct, and friendly. Staff helpful. 8th floor Lobby is a great place to relax, have a drink, and be entertained by the goings on of Times Square.

I was staying here for a conference and was very impressed with this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel had a nice fitness center with a great view while you work out. Overall this was one of the best trips I had ever taken and this hotel was a big part of it.
