Club Quarters Rockefeller Center Hotel

Took my son for a long weekend -- location was outstanding! Very clean, prompt and friendly service. Would stay here again and have already recommended to others! Hop, skip, and a jump from Rockefeller Center.

For NYC the room was large, modern, and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Within walking distance of Times Square, Central Park, Empire State Building, theaters, 5th Avenue shopping and many other attractions. Subways were close so we were able to go anywhere we wanted in the entire city without getting into a cab. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even gave me a subway map and helped me figure out how to navigate it. A good value for the money, I would stay here with no question next time we come to NYC.

I go to NYC at least twice a year and when I'm not staying w/friends I stay at random hotels. For the price, this hotel was by far one of the nicest NYC hotels I've been to! Everything was clean, check-in was very efficient, hotel staff very friendly, (held luggage at no charge almost all day!) bottled water on every other floor for free, great gym, HUGE room (for NYC!) and very updated modern look. I'm not sure that I'll stay at any other NYC hotel again!

I loved this hotel! the rooms are extremely clean and neat! You cannot find a better location in NY!!! The staff is very friendly, they have a nice terrace to eat facing the rockefeller center.. It was a great experience to stay there!

I am a big fan of Club Quarters. I've stayed at the Radio City club quarters before which was great but they were full so I stayed at the midtown location.

the rooms are typical NY, small, and super clean and the perfect place to stay while on business. super easy to get in and out of the hotel.

Arrived too early (12:30 p.m.) to check into room; when we returned after shopping at 4:30, bags were in the very roomy room -- actually a suite. Very clean, very friendly staff. Great location for theater and sightseeing. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is so centrally located to everything. We could not have asked for a better location. We had a great time. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. We were there to sleep and that was it and it was excellent for that. Will definitely stay there again!!"

The hotel was in an excellent location. Within walking distance to everything! The only complaint that I have would be that when I called guest services and ask to have a cab called to transport me to the airport, what I received was a car. The driver took us to La Guardia airport in about 15 minutes. When I asked what I owed, it should be 30 with toll included, I was informed it was 45 plus toll. I feel that I was cheated out of about 20.

Great 4 days in NYC, terrific location, across the street from Rockefeller Plaza. Hotel is new, clean rooms, nice linens, great flat screen TV. The ice machine is on the second floor near vending machines, but staff was friendly, helpful and responded to requests very promptly. We recommend this hotel without reservation and would definitely stay there again. With only 2 elevators, we had to wait occasionally, but not a significant problem. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked very nice, with a covered balcony for year-round dining. This place is a gem!

This a very nice no frills hotel. The location can't be beat but if you want all the whistles and bells this might not be for you. Tiny lobby, no bell service but nice, modern rooms (although small). Overall a good place to stay in NYC.
